Thanks for considering us to do the work in your home. We know that embarking on any home improvement project can be a very exciting time. Our commitment is to provide the highest level of professional service, and to do everything we can to make this a very enjoyable experience for you.

Having work done in your home is a little like having surgery. It’s not something you do regularly and you likely have concerns about what to expect. We will go over the details of the actual work with you further before we start. Most of all, we want you to be comfortable with us.

First, we work out a schedule of acceptable hours to work in your home. We will not arrive at your home before a pre-set time if you have to get your family off to school or to work. We promise to work around and respect your schedule. After all, you are the customer.

When we do arrive at your home, we’re not going to make a lot of noise that might disturb your neighbors. You won’t here us shouting at each other, using foul language, or playing loud music. We keep our vehicles in top shape. No loud mufflers and no oil leaking from our vehicles.

Your home will be left tidy on a daily basis from start to completion of job. After all, this is not a jobsite; it’s our customer’s home.

Our reputation is important to us. Approximately 60% of our business comes from customer referrals. We will do what we say we will do and not abandon you just prior to completion with the promise “we’ll be back to finish up.” All projects will be completed in a timely fashion.
